We’ll Support You Every Step Of The Way
Because you might be doing a lot of your real estate research from afar, it’s even more important that you choose an experienced real estate agent who offers the level of expertise and service that you’ll need.

We’ll be there with you, throughout the entire process.

Timing: The timing of relocations are often dictated by employers or life events, not the real estate market. We can help you understand current conditions for buying a home in Denver and develop a strategy that works within your timeline.

Neighborhood Recommendations: Rather than send you a generic set of listings, we’ll factor in your lifestyle, priorities, and commute, and match you with neighborhoods and homes that genuinely fit.

In-Person House Tours: If you’re able to come to Denver to look at homes, we’ll set everything up in advance to make sure that we get the most out of your visit.

Virtual House Tours: We can also tour homes with you virtually. We can be onsite, walking through the property with you on FaceTime or Zoom.

Candid, Local Insight: Online research can only go so far. We’ll add the details that the real estate listings (and Google maps) might have left out. We can tell you where the best coffee shops are, how busy the streets are, why one blocks is completely different from the next, which areas to avoid, and more.

Referrals To Other Professionals: We can give you referrals for mortgage lenders, home inspectors, movers, interior designers, service providers, contractors, and other professionals.

Support After The Closing: Long after the closing, we’ll continue to assist you. We can answer questions about your new neighborhood, connect you with local resources, and offer support in other ways that help make Denver feel like home for you.

Things To Consider When Relocating To Denver
If you’re relocating, everything about Denver will be new to you, and it might seem like there are a million things to consider. Below are the biggies….

Housing Prices: Depending on where you’re relocating from, Denver’s housing prices might seem higher, lower, or similar to what you’re used to seeing. We can give you an overview of prices for condos, townhomes, and single family homes, so that you can choose a price point that you’re comfortable with.

The Right Neighborhood: Denver is made up of distinct, diverse neighborhoods, and each of them has its own personality and price point. We can help familiarize you with the neighborhoods, so that you’ll have a better idea of where to begin your search. While we specialize in central Denver, (and more specifically in the Washington Park, Cherry Creek, Bonnie Brae, and Belcaro neighborhoods), we’re happy to help you find a home anywhere in the Denver metro area.

School Districts And Family Considerations: If you have children, schools will undoubtedly be top of mind. Denver has a range of public, charter, and private school options, and we can help you understand how school boundaries map to specific neighborhoods and streets. We can also let you know about extracurricular opportunities for kids, nearby parks, and family-friendly amenities.

Commute Times And Public Transportation: Traffic in and around Denver can be horrendous, and public transportation isn’t exactly Denver’s strong suit. Fortunately, homes in central Denver are close to downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center, and it’s not a bad drive to DIA (Denver International Airport) or the mountains. Once you narrow down your search to a specific area in Denver, we can help you evaluate commute times, traffic patterns, and bus and light rail options.

Length Of Stay: How long you plan to stay in Denver can directly impact your real estate decisions. If this is a short-term move (rather than your “forever” home), different factors come into play. Is the home likely to increase in value, or at least maintain its value in the short-term future. Can you easily rent the property if you need to move, but don’t want to sell it. Is the property ready to go, “as is,” without a lot of upgrades or renovations needed. We’ll help you factor in all of these variables.
